Rann Haight
Rann is a licensed Architect in the states of Idaho and California. His range of expertise includes multiple experiences in large technically complex facilities as well as many outstanding residential projects. Rann's residential architectural accomplishments are varied and impressive. His designs include custom homes in Idaho, Montana,California, Nevada, Washington , Wyoming , Hawaii and British Columbia. He has become the principle on-site designer in the Rocky Mountain region for Tulikivi Masonry Heaters of Finland (www.warmstone.com). They rely on him for instruction internationally, by providing marketing artwork and technical information. He has designed many prestigious homes since arriving in Coeur d'Alene. He is currently the Architect and helping in the fund-raising process for the new Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center. Other commercial projects include the California Public Employees Retirement Fund Headquarters and the ARCO Arena, in Sacramento, California.
Rann received his Associate of Science Degree in Architecture (1973) from Cosumnes River College, Sacramento, California, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design (1975) from the California Institute of the Arts, Valencia, California. He is widely recognized as a fine artist in is own right.

Roger Stewart
Roger has maintained a long history of project development and construction throughout the Northwest. Roger's experience and education encompasses many aspects of the real estate industry including, marketing, finance, property management, and general construction. Roger is currently an active Real Estate Broker and mortgage broker. Projects that Roger has participated in include Pioneer Title Company's North Idaho Headquarters; First Security Bank - Ironwood Branch; Armstrong Park Planned-Unit-Development; Hayden Hills Lakeview Estates subdivision; Ponderosa Steakhouse family restaurant (now Applebees); the Community Presbyterian Church in Post Falls, Idaho; Silverwood Theme Park; IEA Business Center; Better Homes/Coeur d'Alene Realty, Inc. headquarters; as well as over 300 custom homes in North Idaho. Roger also managed the development and sales of Phase One of the Arrow Point Resort Planned-unit-development on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, resulting in over $19,000,000 in condominium sales.
Roger is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration & Humanities.

Steve Torres
Steve is responsible for HST's activities in construction and field operations. In 1999, Steve formed the Torres Group, a full service Construction Management firm, specializing in custom residential and commercial building. He has served as Director of Marketing for the Western region Microelectronics division of ADPMarshall, a $1 billion dollar division of Fluor Corporation. He also served as Senior Project Manager for Microelectronic Projects where he was responsible for leading the company in the microelectronics, pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. Since moving to Idaho, Steve has served as a project manager for several landmark, multi-million dollar, custom homes around Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Steve is a graduate of California State University- Fresno. He has been a certified construction inspector through the International Construction Building Organization.
